The seaplane terminal is located at Burrard Landing in Coal Harbour. Parking is available at 1095 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC.
Check-in for your flight 60 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

The Seattle terminal is situated on Lake Union at the south end of the lake close to city’s downtown core, where Seattle’s downtown borders the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI).

• Please arrive 60 minutes prior to the flight for check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Please contact airline in advance by calling 1-800-665-0212 to reserve additional baggage space
• Maximum luggage allowance of 20lbs. (9kg). Allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
• ALL TRAVELERS must bring a valid passport
