Overview

Enjoy savouring the finest wines the Similkameen Valley has to offer, while travelling from winery to winery on horseback. Travelling through tree-lined trails, to open hay fields and down vineyard rows, the splendour of the valley will enchant you. Saddle bags are supplied for those en route, must-have wine purchases, or to hold that bottle of water or sunblock. Lunch at a quaint farm store is included, where you can select your favourite dish from the menu, which will be forwarded to you at the time of booking your tour. Our horses are cool, calm and collected and well suited to all levels of rider, from beginner to expert.

Grist Mill and Gardens at Keremeos

We depart from the Grist Mill and Gardens. Here riders will see a piece of history in the form of a water wheel powered grain mill.

Robin Ridge Winery

This is the first stop of the tour. Here guests will be offered tastings of Robin Ridges phenomenal selections of wines. Tastings can be fine inside the tasting room or out on the patio.

Clos du Soleil

At this, the second stop on the tour, guests will be enthralled by the fantastic line up of multi award winning wines, presented by equally enthralling staff.

Hugging Tree Winery

As the third stop on the tour, riders will get to savour wines which made this great winery so noteworthy. A beautiful tasting room or patio setting are available to savour these delightful offerings.

Orofino Vineyards

After enjoying a lunch at the Honest Food Farm Store, we make our way to Orofino winery, a building constructed using straw bales more than 20 years ago. Here guests can relax under the shade of beautiful old trees and enjoy their superb wines in a relaxed picnic environment or alternatively in the tasting room is so desired. After Orofino winery we will make our way to Crows Nest winery for their delectable selection of wines and incredible array of baked goods, not to mention their award winning restaurant.
