Steam Clock
A working steam clock, one of only a few in the world, located in Vancouver's Victorian Gastown.
Monarca
The name refers to the ancient Mexican monarchy honouring the influence both his parents made on his culinary style. While his mother inspired our sister restaurant Ophelia, the familial tradition has continued here at Monarca where you’ll find playful dishes and a lively atmosphere inspired by Chef Higareda’s father.
Gastronomy Gastown
Gastronomy Gastown fuses a modern day Vancouver with Italian influence, which gives the opportunity to create an entirely new culinary experience. The restaurant, which is located in Gastown, serves elevated contemporary twists on classic dishes. At only 46 seats, Gastronomy Gastown is an intimate but invigorating destination. With a full bar and custom cocktail program included. Gastronomy Gastown promises the ultimate unique dining experience.
Blood Alley
Blood Alley Square is adjacent to Trounce Alley, one of Vancouver's original roads. Its narrow cobblestone lanes, historic streetlights, and brick buildings bring a unique sense of character unlike anywhere else in the city.
Gastown
Lively Gastown is known for its whistling Steam Clock and mix of souvenir shops, indie art galleries and decor stores in Victorian buildings.
